To avoid or limit fire hazards, it is recommended:

• Clean the lint before and after every load
• Periodically clean the back of the dryer, where lint can also build up
• Clean the lint filter every 6 months with a nylon brush, (or as needed)
• Clean lint out of vent pipe every 3 months.
